We at the Eta Lambda chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta are absolutely thrilled and cannot wait to meet all of the amazing young women undergoing Recruitment this Fall! Each chapter member can testify that joining a sorority has been the most pivotal decision that she has made for her college experience. Whether it through sisterhood, scholarship, leadership or philanthropy, our experience in Kappa Alpha Theta is one that has strongly impacted us and will remain a part of us for a lifetime!

       During the Recruitment process, potential new members are allowed the opportunity to meet the women of each organization while interacting with and making new friends with those in their Recruitment groups.
