Eta Lambda highly encourages its members to be active within the chapter and to take on leadership positions. Being an officer allows Thetas to get to know their sisters better and it also provides an opportunity for personal growth. Positions last for one calendar year and new officers are instated in January. Our Executive (Exec) Board is comprised of the President and seven Vice-Presidents.
